My product management framework—CJIS

There are so many product management frameworks that different teams use depending on their organization structure, leadership style, their size and scale of operations, and other such factors.

In my talk, I will share a framework—CJIS where I build this practice on Clarity, Incentives, Judgment, System. We shall discuss how we can build the product management practice in growing organizations for the right cadence and the interconnectedness across the functions and teams.

  • Building clarity (encourage curiosity)
  • Find the right incentives (rewards for learning > rewards for work)
  • Encourage judgement (develop the product sense beyond numbers and dashboards)
  • Foundations for system thinking (thinking of product’s role in the organizations as a system)
